I had submitted a review on May 12th, and since then I've done more reviews, two of which have already been accepted. I don't think the review was rejected? I do know that the title along with author's name was too long to fit in the subject box, is that the issue?

I just want to make sure that I didn't miss something myself, and that's why it hasn't become an "Official Review" yet.

The title wouldn't affect publishing time. If I remember correctly, the issue is that I am still waiting for some information regarding the purchase links from the author.

Ah, thank you Scott. I saw that it did get published. Like I said, I was just making sure the issue wasn't something that I did. I haven't had a review rejected yet, but I worry that I'll do something wrong one of these days.
