Please help. I cannot upload my book

Please help. I cannot upload my book

I have tried several times to upload my book using the authors link that was emailed to me today (I purchased a Sticky Review today) and received an email saying that my payment was accepted. I keep getting the following message:

An error has occurred. A report has been sent to the webmaster, Scott.

Error details: There is no review request on file for this account. Please submit a review request.

Should I have received another email with a different code or link? How do I upload my book?

From what you describe, you have more than one account on the forums. The one on which you are experiencing the error has not submitted a review request, then you have a different account that has. The key is the email address. Check what email address is being sent the upload link, and then make sure you have logged in with that email address.
