This allows us to streamline our support system so that we can get to your message much faster. Instead of our support staff having to check three different places (support forum, suggestion box, and contact form messages), they know can respond to all message through one method, with that one method being the official website contact form.

Hi!

I have been having some problems with the site. I have been trying to "level up" and all of the opportunities for reviews have dried up. I did have one book on the list, and I tried to download it.

The download link crashed my browser, then took me to a blank page, where the headers, navigation, and ads were intact but there was no content. Also, I have been seeing a lot of this type of error at the top of pages ever since:
[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file /review-team/rt-header.php on line 218: Division by zero
[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file /review-team/rt-header.php on line 232: Division by zero

The second time I tried to download the file, the download link sent me to a page full of computer symbols (no headers or navigation).

When I tried to report the problem, I received this error message (no headers or navigation):
[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file /review-team/update-status.php on line 26: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /includes/functions.php:3765)

I am using Safari 6.1.2.

Please help!

It sounds like a temporary glitch that might have occurred if I was updating some files but didn't put up a more user-friendly 'temporarily unavailable' notice while the uploads were taking place. I suggest trying again now and seeing if it works.
