Reported book as undelivered, but DHL says otherwise

Post by Astrogea »

I'm posting this here because I read that there are problems with the PM feature, so just in case Scott hasn't seen it...

So I got this message: "The reviewer has reported this book undelivered. If you have not already shipped the book, do not bother sending it now becuase it is too late. If you have mailed it recently, then hopefully the reviewer will get it soon. If you mailed it over a week ago, then there is probably a problem. Please contact Scott with any and all tracking information and the exact date on which you mailed the shipment. Status last updated: Fri Dec 6th, 2013, 12:32pm EST."

But according to DHL my book was delivered on "Mon, December 2, 2013 at 11:47 AM "

Any idea what might have happened? Thanks for the help! :)

That's weird.... Maybe a neighbour took it on your behalf? ;)

I believe we have been speaking about this issue over email, correct?

No, that's fine. I just wanted to make sure it was being resolved.
