How Do I Join A Group and review books for pay?

So that we can provide faster and better support, this forum (the "Public Suggestion Box") has been retired. Instead, please send any suggestions you have to us using the official website contact form.

This allows us to streamline our support system so that we can get to your message much faster. Instead of our support staff having to check three different places (support forum, suggestion box, and contact form messages), they know can respond to all message through one method, with that one method being the official website contact form.

Well, first of all, get your post count up to 5. Posts that are off-topic do not count.

Also, join the reviewing team in your User Control Panel. For paid reviews you need a PayPal account.

It's also a good idea to post more than just five times, since the reviews get taken pretty quickly. The more you post on the forums, the earlier you can see the requests. I'm not sure myself, but I think you have to do a free review before you can see paid ones.

You need at least 5 posts, then you can become a reviewer. There are 5 levels to reviewing and you have to submit at least 2-3 reviews before you start seeing paid ones. There is a link to how to write the reviews and how to increase your level on the review team page. Hope this helps

And also, you cannot get more paid reviews (if you did one) until the one you submitted last gets approved. You can get a free one while you wait, though.

Didn't know that, thanks for the info. How long do you have to wait before your review gets approved?

First of all, in no way does this kind of topic belong in the "Classics Books" subforum. I have it moved it to the the support forum. While the information given by previous users is helpful, please note there are also entries in the FAQ for new members looking for the basic info about joining the review team:

I'm a little concerned about Pay Pal. I've seen too many people report Pay Pal making illegitimate withdrawals from their account. Is there any other way to accept payment for paid reviews?

Right now there isn't any other way. I use Pay pal myself (the legitimate site) and had no problems.

I use paypal for several review sites and online jobs and never had any problems.
Somewhere out there is a world we never knew existed.

Languages never spoken.
Colors that should not be.
Lives never opened.
Eyes that never see.

And then the page is turned, a universe created.

We are gods.

What other option would you rather have than PayPal?

I'm looking forward to reviewing, though I'm so low on points I can't see anything that I can review!! :(

Trying to post as much as possible to get closer to being able to even see a choice of books to read!!!
