How to contact a site administrator for technical problems w

So that we can provide faster and better support, this forum (the "Public Suggestion Box") has been retired. Instead, please send any suggestions you have to us using the official website contact form.

This allows us to streamline our support system so that we can get to your message much faster. How to contact a site administrator for technical problems w

I have had a book upload stuck in the upload robot for over a week now and all attempts to contact a site administrator to unfreeze it have failed. Normally I would just walk away from such dysfunction, but I have paid $100 up front and I am detrmined not to walk away from this. Any idea about what should be done? Regards, TH
