This was caused by a typo I made in the program script, which I have no corrected.

I have contacted the reviewer and asked the reviewer to change the address.

I will also be contacting the other reviewers whose addresses were not correctly saved due to this mistake of mine.

I will also be adding to my own auto-reports the action of confirming all reviewers who have an address listed have one that seems valid, e.g. not just the word address.

Thanks, Scott. I see the address now but no reviewer's name. Is that not to be put on the address label?

Just write Resident as the name if you can.
