Too bad that prices change all the time, but sometimes it feels good to get a free ebook one day and the next, you have to pay for it.

I find the iPad is far better to read on than the Kindle Fire.

However you can't beat the older Kindles for battery life - those things last months on a full charge.

I just wanted to add that I subscribe to BookBub and not all of their books are free, but they are at reduced prices (maybe $1 or $2 or free.) So if moneys an issue then definitely check it out.

I'm looking for something similar to the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind. Anyone come across something like that?

I recommend you try to try this freebies.. they are about magic, super power and with a bit of romance. Hope you like them as much as I did.

http://www.amazon.com/Girl-Box-Books-1- ... in+the+box

I've bought over 500 free kindle books, but now I'm checking them again and are not free any more...

I found them because I'm subscribed to this mailing list:
http://ereadernewstoday.us4.list-manage ... ae9488fc1e

There, I chose the genres I'm interested in, and I get a daily email with the free and 0.99 dollars books of the day. maybe you should try it. You can easily unsubscribe if you don't like it.

Hope this info helps you... See you around...

I actually stumbled into this site through the Kindle 'free books' site. It was a pretty exciting discovery. On the search bar at the top of the page you can enter keywords like author, topic, (specific) title or genre, to make it easier to find what you're looking for.

I too get books that are free on my Kindle. Many of them have been really good, although I have a few that have typos and not a lot of plot. Thanks for making a list of books that you have read, I plan to look through that.
