I just read about this today. I'm hoping to give it a try. Have you used it yet? Tips?

Works fairly well. It finds most newer books using the barcode scanner (through smartphone) but can be tedious if you have a lot of older books or ones that don't have readable ISBNs. I have all of my books in one collection, so that can be a little long to scroll through (at 487 books at the moment), so I'd recommend breaking them up somehow into multiple collections. It's simple otherwise.

Yeah collecting all books on shelf does not make anything easy does it?

Create a few folders and sacrifice a few hours and your book shelf is as orderly as they come. Applying previous thought is recommended here ;)

Interesting. I haven't heard of this before. Is it a free app?

Yes, they have a pro version for librarians that they charge for, but the basic app meets most home library needs

Cool. Thanks. I definitely don't think I'd need the one for librarians. My library isn't THAT big or advanced.
