Neither, I read both but I usually read ebooks. I read more ebooks than regular books.

I read an actual book faster than I read on my Kindle. I just love turning pages, and so maybe I'm not reading faster but more diligently. After reading a few e-books I always break down and buy a paperback. What is funny is I miss the Kindle (mostly the built in Dictionary) when I'm reading a real book.

I read e-books much faster than paperbacks or hardbacks. I'm not sure why but with the e-books I tend to read for longer at a time so that may be it.

Personally I seem to read faster on my kindle, I'm not sure why but I find I can get through the book faster by looking at the percentage rather than a paperback and seeing how many pages I have left.

I agree with Robin_parks. I read paper backs faster than e-books. mainly because my eyes get tired looking at a screen for hours on end.

I personally feel like I read both the same.

I have read three Rainbow Rowell books on my Kobo ( All finished in one day ) and when I read the hard copy of 'Landline' I did just the same.

I think I will read books the same way as I read on the Kobo - If It's intense, and I am loving it, I will read it fast. If not, It'll take longer.

i feel like i read faster on my kindle, but i never read the same book in both formats, so i don't know if it's just shorter books or more interesting books, plus more convenience i guess?

definitely an e-book, typically these books are shorter than the normal paperback, also it is easier to bring with you everywhere if you have a smartphone

I am just the opposite. I love the lightness of my Kindle. Books often flop closed on me. I don't think that it makes a difference in my speed of reading though.

I think I read ebooks faster because some books the font is rather small and my eyes will jump lines and I have to re-read it, but I can control the font size on my kindle so no eye jumping lol

I read ebooks much faster. Mainly because I can have my Kindle read the ebook for me while I do other things such as cooking dinner or chores.

I prefer paperbacks. When i read EBooks i tend to forget about them or take long breaks from reading them but i don't mind either.

I seem to finish paperback books more quickly because I feel more accomplished when I get further in the book
