Caliber is an E-book management program which enables one to change the format of the book/convert files.

I love Calibre! I use it to put together coverpages for my own stories that I write. I then convert the entire thing into epub files to use on my tablet. Love it.

I use calibre every week to organize and convert my library of ebooks. Don't know what I'd do without it.

I started using calibre when I got a nook color years ago and it was amazing. Now with my kindle fire I find trying to unite the two systems more trouble than it's worth. I can never get my authors to consistently list some do last names first other go opposite and it makes scrolling through my fire a headache, especially when I have a couple hundred books on it many of which are now disjointed series because of the author problem.

Some conversions have also gone terribly awry since the device switch, one entire series lost the all it's lower case "L"s and I've had to rebuy ebooks.

But for a free product it is the best I have yet to try, just not as good as I would like.

Oddly enough, I just found out about Calibre today, and downloaded it. It seems like a great program; easy to navigate and convert files. I'm pretty happy about it.

I use Calibre all the time, it is the most amazing tool for being able to send out a book to multiple reviewers who all seem to have different platforms.

I use caliber to convert files and to store my e-library. Its so nice not having to have all of my books on my kindle at once. Caliber lets me see whats on my kindle when its connected. Its a very fast and easy way to transfer files from my computer to my kindle fire. I love it. :D

I use Caliber but am new to it so am still trying to figure it out. There are some books on mine that I would like to move to my Kindle but haven't figured out how yet. And I would like to move some of my Kindle books to Caliber to organize them better than Kindle allows. Also I just realized today that it would be nice to sync my dropbox library with my Kindle and my Caliber so that all are a complete library unto themselves. Then there's my BookBaby, Smashwords, and Logos libraries to sync next if possible. Seems like a lot of organizing and sync-ing when I get it all down on paper/screen.

I could never get conversions to be recognized by the readers.

I used it when we used nooks, but now everyone in my family either uses an ipad or android tablet so conversion isn't necessary. It was awesome while I used it, though.
