Both! I can read for a few hours if it's raining. I enjoy reading at the beach or poolside, on a sunny day, but it only lasts for an hour or less.

I love to read when it's cold and raining. All I need on days like that is a good book and a good cup of coffee.

Any weather is reading weather for me. Personally I do like reading while listening to a storm rolling by. I also like hiding in airconditioning away from the horrid heat! Being from the prairies in Canada I also love cuddling up with my ereader on nasty freezing cold days.

I personally prefer a rainy day for reading just because there's nothing else I could really be doing that day anyways. So why not spend it reading? Also, I just find the sound of rain extremely calming and I love it. Sometimes I even just play a rainy soundtrack because I love the sound so much.

I think it depends on the book I am reading. cause there are books that is going to draw a background picture on my mind which goes perfectly with the sound of rain. Or the warmth of the sun can help me feel the book!!so I think it's absolutely depends on the book as well as your mood.remember weather either can make it or spoil it for you!

Snow....... because I can't leave the house. Rain, I might need to leave.
Life without a good book is something MrsCatInTheHat cannot imagine.

I personally find either okay because when it comes to reading it really doesn't matter. I'll find the book just as good whether it's sunny out or rainy out.

As long as there's not too much of both, I think you're good. When there's enough sun, everything looks bright and colorful and such. When the rain isn't pouring heavily, the calm atmosphere is nice to have.

I prefer rain. Winter always makes me want to read more. And sitting near the window while it's raining and having a cup of hot chocolate is the best thing I could ask for :D

I love to read while listening to the calming sound of falling rain. Somehow it relaxes me and I lose myself in the book.

Both, however I find myself reading more when it's a rainy day. Now when it's nice out I like to find a really nice place outside to read. Especially right next to the creek if there is one.

I prefer winter to summer. I like the rain so long as I don't have a destination or have something to lug around. It's an especially nice time to read with a fleece blanket, a fire, and a mug of hot cocoa. The weather won't stop my reading but the atmosphere really does change.

There's nothing better than to sit in front of a fireplace on a cold windy night wrapped up in a warm blanket and good book.
