I personally love print magazines, but I also visit their website. I get a physical magazine for my daughter but she also gets it free in her email, we have yet to open any of those emails.

I was reluctant to purchase magazines on my e-reader at first but found that for some publications I actually prefer the electronic version. If the magazine has an article or picture that I really like I can always print it out without wasting paper on the full magazine.

If that's so then probably not. I'd subscribe to them via mail or just go and buy them at stores

I love the feel of getting a new magazine in the post, pulling off the plastic and smelling the newness.

I subscribe to the TIME magazine.

I don't care for reading magazines on the ipad if they are just pdfs of the print version. The tablet is too small and it is annoying to read the page insegments. I prefer to read the print version.

However, if the magazine is a well designed app, it can work well.

I'm a sucker for burda and cross stitch crazy but I wouldn't get subscription. They are a pain to get cancelled.

I prefer to subscribe to the actual magazine. I currently subscribe to Time, Scientific American, Mental_floss and Rolling Stone...most allow at least some access to their online archives. When I'm done reading them I pass them on to friends or neighbors in my apartment building.

I love, love, love magazines on my iPad. I used to subscribe to at least a dozen magazines and they multiplied like bunnies in my house. But now I use Zinio and Flipster through my local library and I can access almost everything I would want, whenever I want it. My only print subscription remaining is for Bust.

For a time, I was subscribed to Vogue magazine on my iPad and I was enjoying it. I also was subscribed to New York Times. E-Readers and Tablets are best for books, newspapers and articles. Fashion magazines do not have the same imaginational feel as it does in hand. While cutting down on the use of printing a four hundred page magazine is fantastic for the environment, it doesn't feel the need for the reader.
Recycling the magazine or reusing it for a craft afterwards is a good way to reuse your magazines as well!

Well I like to subscribe to the magazine so that it gets sent to my house. I subscribe to several kids ones and I'd rather my kids looked through the actual magazine than on my kindle. :D Plus they like getting mail.

I love E books and can't stand them on my tablet. They are hard to navigate around and reading the articles is painful. The format does not work for me.

I had subscriptions to a few Sci-fi mags like Analog and Asimov. I honestly didn't care for them. Their format didn't agree with me. I did have a subscription to People Magazine a few years ago. It wasn't bad, but I prefer magazines in paper form.
