I think we all struggle with our own issues to some extent or another, just not all of us are willing to admit it. I also find benefit from reading books such as these, and this sounds like a good one. I applaud you for being willing to be open about your struggles as well. Thanks for the review.

This sounds like a very insightful book. I'd love to learn more about OCD and I'm glad the author is able to include his own experiences. Thanks for sharing your own personal reasons for choosing the book. Great review!

This easily sounds like a 4-star read and one I would like to check out further! It sounds like the doctor put a lot of work into this one.

Inspiring and educational books are very hard to find nowadays and even if we find them, they are not up to the mark. But this is something which everyone should read. It is amazing and enjoyable. Thanks for such an awesome review.

Could totally relate to the book. I'd say that anyone and everyone has done at least one thing mentioned in this book at some point of time. But it takes real guts to admit to someone, let alone writing a whole book and admitting it to the world! Congratulations to writer for this book, for the praise this book has gotten and most of all, the courage you had to write this work. I feel, deep down, each of us feel afraid of how others will perceive us if we admit to the truth. Perhaps the way your friend did? How very disturbing you are? :) But yes, it takes guts to take that comment the way it was intended to, rather than taking it the way anyone of us will be willing to, and thanks to that attitude, we have this amazing piece of work today. Thank you for a good read. Highly recommended!
