Review: Best Yes-Lysa Terkeurst

Post by jaimeekay90 »

Lysa Terkeurst, Founder and speaker for Proverbs 31 ministries, tackles the idea of choosing to make decisions that are greater. In her book she discusses the reality of how many people tend to fear saying no when making decisions and how it affects your life by keeping you so busy that you miss the important moments. Lysa uses her own life experiences as examples to show you that by saying no to certain decisions, you are left with the opportunity to say YES to better decisions. As a person who has the tendency to not say no and to agree to everything, I found this book very helpful in teaching me how to better my choices and really think through a situation before agreeing to it. I have truly taken Lysa's advice and it has improved my quality of life.
