Wonderful review! I agree with your thoughts on this page-turner. I am loving the book so far. I find it very difficult to pull myself away from the pages. I just want to read all day and find out what happens. Love the author's colorful imagination as he weaves real life high profile crimes into the storyline.

This sounds really interesting. The cryptic comments you make about psychological factors together with the "high profile robberies" - I think the blurb mentioned D. B. Cooper - really seem like this will make for a fascinating book.

I would rate it as a 4..it captured my attention & would love to read more. Bullying is quite prevalent now as well as dealing with death of a parent.

Big Flies by Keith Hirshland looked interesting even before I read your very thorough and entertaining review, but now I'm going to have to buy the book to see how this all plays out! Thank you so much for taking the time to do such a good job on outlining this book based on actual events, I really enjoyed reading it! Kudos!??????

I really appreciate this review on the Big Flies book by Keith Hirshland. I love the setting of the late ';70's and early '80's. I won't give a spoiler, so I can only state that I will be reading this 4 star rated book very soon.

This book sounds really interesting to me! I don't particularly grab for crime books, but I do enjoy crime shows so this would be something new to me! :D

This book sounds fantastic! I'm not usually a fan of crime novels but how you describe this one to be, I'm almost tempted to make an exception and read this one.

I was lucky enough to have read this novel, Big Flies, by Keith Hirshland. It's plot is fast-paced, intriguing, and a highly engaging read. Keith Hirshland's writing was easy for me to get lost within its pages. The main character reminds me of people today. Always searching for the truth. The real answers. I highly recommend the novel to all.
