Your review sounds right in mind with what I thought after reading the sample. Wow. Would love to read the whole book!

This sounds like a really great book with all the genres combined. The sample made me sit on the edge of my seat! Can't wait to read the whole book

Great review. I love all of the mentioned genres and can't wait to give this mashup whirl. I'm currently on a paranormal mystery kick, so this comes at a great time. Thank you. :)

I like creepy moments. Sadly I rarely find them
I can see how others would get their "creepy" quota filled by this though.

Wow, this sounds like a book I would love! Chilling and suspenseful! I was a bit worried when I saw the cover, thinking it might be too heavy on the romance (which I'm not a big fan of in a murder mystery), but your review convinced me.

Thank you for the review. I love paranormal books and this one sounds like a great one! It is great to have a review ensure that the writing is good and the plot not confusing when dealing with such different aspects of writing.

I found myself thinking about my own Grandmother and embracing a connection, in my heart, to Sage. For me, if there is no emotional connection to a prominent character in a story/book, then I can't continue to read. Brava! Brava!

This sounds great! Normally, I would shy away from paranormal romance, but this sounds like much more than that. Thanks for the fantastic review!
