Thanks for the great review. It is hard for me to read graphic scenes. But the book is in my shelf so I might take a good look at it. Congratulations to the author for BOTD.

Such an informative and well-written review! Fantasy books are not for me. However, I'm glad you enjoyed it with the exception of the few spelling errors.

Too many graphic details of torture makes me feel sad. Such scenes haunt me for a long time. Therefore, I think this book is not for me; however, the plot is quite gripping.

Sounds like a great series to get into. Dragons have always been interesting and reading about young dragoneers sounds like an adventure! The graphic scenes might be strong, but this proves that this books is not your normal teen novel. Thanks for the review!

Good job to the author... The action and suspense begin as early as the first chapter... unpredictable with twists and turns...

Great Review! I have downloaded my free copy. The book sounds like it is action packed and has a great storyline. I love a book that has anything otherworldly going on so I think I'm going to enjoy it.

I'm a huge fan of fantasy, so this book sounds right up my alley. Thanks for the review, and for letting me know it may not be for young readers! My son and I often read books together. :)

Great review! I normally don't read this genre too often, but you made the story sound so interesting. Memorable characters, action-packed scenes, exciting twists and turns....your comments have made me want to take a second look at this book.
