Founding Brothers

Post by Jg93 »

The book Founding Brother was truly deserving of the Pulitzer Prize for History award. The book was very clear and consistent on the topic at hand and covered a very important time in history for our country. The American revolution was truly a remarkable event and the book covers some of the stories and scandals that have gone under the radar. The author uses a wide array of vocabulary that most history gurus would even find challenging. After reading this book I was able to get a new prospective on the American Revolution and how it shaped America into what it is today. It was interesting to see it through the eyes of so many key figures in the American Revolution such as Washington, Jefferson, Madison, Burr and Franklin. I truly enjoyed reading this great piece of history and would strongly recommend it to anyone with interest in history or American politics.
