Alex Cross Series

I am only on Double Cross and I've been reading these books since August but this has got to be the best series I've ever read. I look forward to reading the other series that Patterson has to offer. Any opinions on the Cross series?

I have read several in this series as well, with the most recent being Cat and Mouse. I agree that it was suspensful and engrossing.

Terribly repetitive after a while and I don't like his characters either ... I like more 'grit' in my heroes.
Anyway, he lashes out the books too quickly & IMO that is always a bad sign.

This series continues to keep readers on the edge of their seats. You just never know what turn Patterson is going to take. The characters have depth, and pull you in to the dilemma at any given point. Once I start a book, I have a hard time putting it down.
