Thank you, michelonline29! Dan is a very inspiring character. His struggles were not for the faint of heart. Nevertheless, he was able to cope for his losses.

For sure it's a good book and very educative it was my very first time to read but listening is the most important skill in order to be successful and caring for employees and customers as far as business is concerned . So interesting.

Great review! Honestly, I was skimming though the reviews to see if there were any books I might like to read next. The opening sentence of your review caught my attention and made me read on. I'm now adding this one to my bookshelves...

This sounds like a great book for people who have just undergone a major life change. I'm curious about how the title plays into the story.

I love the part that read,"they never forget to listen to their employees. They were busy executives, but they care about their employees and consumers", because Some employers see their employees as slaves. The storyline sounds interesting and your review is nice.

We all need a friend like Willow who can help us out of our misery. Because true friendship isn't regularly seen these days, I appreciate books that talk about them. Thanks for the review.

The thought that every disappointment is a blessing is something I don't believe in but that seems to be the case here. Thanks for the review
