Western

Post by Emma_Chambers »

Tom Radigan had trouble. A woman and a large herd of cattle had taken over his ranch and put him, his only hand and his daughter out in to a cold New Mexico winter in the mountains. He has to figure out a way to get back his ranch, get some help from his Texas Ranger buddies and not freeze to death.

I really enjoyed this book. It is well written and believable. You can actually see the scenes in your mind. L'amour paints just vivid pictures of the west and has such believable characters. They aren't fake they have flaws and problems but they get through those problems in a rational manner. I would definitely recommend this book to someone who loves western action.
