Review: Room by Emma Donoghue

Post by BookNerd1177 »

I'm glad I got the audio cd. I don't think I would recommend anyone actually read it, but I know some people who would enjoy this story. I found myself pulled in and captivated tot he point where I couldn't wait to get in my car and turn the cd player on! I kept wondering how and when it was going to end, but was glad to hear more about the characters and their progress through the story. I found the ending very appropriate and a nice tie up to the whole ordeal. The voice actors really helped make the story come alive and gave me perspective as to why the narrator says and does the things he does.
