Congrats on your first review! I enjoyed reading it. The book sounds interesting. I had a similar experience with a review book I read a few months ago, but in reverse. The plot went nowhere in the first half of the book, but the second half was great. I felt the same way you did, with a different rating for each half. :)

Thank you, bookowlie. I normally enjoy the book even if there is a little problem with the plot, I think the bigger issue is when the characters are running of the book.

Yes, I am. I can read in several languages. I was given your book to review in English but for curiosity only I found a sample of the book in Czech.
