After reading such a great review, I would love to read this book. Not only did the story sound entertaining but I am near the location mentioned in the review and that simple fact peaked my interest.

Cool. :) I learned a lot about a town I really knew nothing about. I even had to look it up to see that it was in Illinois, not Missouri as I initially assumed!

Update: just wanted to say thanks for the feedback. Because of this review, I decided to re-brand and re-launch Behind Closed Doors 1&2. I also have a new publisher. Both books are up to industry standard and the outer appearance is more reflective of the actual content. Thanks Onlinebookclub!!!

Great! Both of these books are so wonderful. I hope you reach a wider audience with the new publisher. :)

Great review, bookowlie! (as usual :) )

I got this book and the first one, and can't wait to get started! Thank you, Angela, for writing such a captivating story!

Thanks Hsimone and Gali. By the way, the books don't need to be read in order and most of the characters are different. From what I remember, there was one character that the two books had in common. Although both books were great, I preferred the storyline and setting of Book 2.

Thank you for clarifying that the books are mostly standalone. I downloaded both because they were free, but it is good to know I can start with book 2.
