:) A great review! I read the blurb before I one-clicked and was immediately intrigued. I may have to bump this one to the top of my TBR!

all have baggage, that is something easily understood by just reading the summary, quite detailed, thank you for the best way to describe what you felt when reading the book, it makes me want to read it immediately.

Nice review. Sometimes book's believabiity stretch their limits when a character like Archer (a trained assassin) suddenly change drastically (becoming a mother and wife). Not sure how this played out in this novel, although judging by your review, very well. It's tough to make this kind of thing seem realistic.

Your review really made me want to read this book. I like when authors skillfully use flashbacks as well and it seems like this author did just that. Thank you for the awesome review!

Really nice review. I really liked your usage of “not wanting to just get through a section". I always hate when that happens, but glad to hear Tell Me When It Hurts isn't like that. I look forward to giving it a read.

I just read the first 3 chapters and think this is a keeper. I already have a strong sense of the main character (Archer) and really like how the author is "setting the stage." She has a way of describing just enough details so that you feel you are there. For example, when Archer is looking through her box of memorabilia is says, "She picked up a plastic barrette, clipped it open, snapped it closed, and put it down." That small detail is so authentic; it is a typical human reaction. But not something most people would have thought to include...
