I read a book that kept referring to "red party cups." It got old.

It was like, "Where's your red party cup? We're at the party."

"I don't want to get a red party cup."

"You need to get a red party cup. Come on. This is a party."

ARGH! I shouldn't have kept reading by that author--it was all downhill from that point. Turns out, her first book was the best, red party cups and all.

Haha! Maybe the author was afraid she'd get sued by the Solo company. But it is odd that the designation "red party cup" was used so much. Even so, it makes me think of picnics and such, which is not a bad thing.

Really nice review. Everything I want to know about the book is included: from the storyline to the characters. I often read book reviews before reading the book itself. Too bad the the genre of this book is not my cup of tea.

Thanks! I found the main character quite interesting. But this book won't suit everone's taste, that's for sure.

Yes, probably the most shocking review I've read so far. Yet, it kept me reading. Good review. I think I'll pass on the book though.

If you ever see a hot pot-smoking knot-tying Zot on your cot, then read this book you should not.

I definitely think I would find it interesting. I think I may have to mentality prepare myself before reading though!

As I mentioned in the review, there are quite a few disturbing incidents, but the language isn't too graphic. I'm sure there is stuff out there which is a lot worse. I don't like to read explicit, graphic sex or violence, and this wasn't too bad at all.
