First (Personal) Review of The Kite Runner by Khaled Hossein

Post by aburke11 »

The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini is amazingly written. The book takes turns that I never expected it to, and I was so eager to turn each page. I could not wait to read it each day and had a hard time putting the book down when things needed to be done!

While there is a scene that could be considered slightly disturbing, the story is nonetheless amazing. It is interesting, satisfying, and has a hopeful ending. It kept me guessing while I was reading it and went in directions I could not predict. It was never boring and every word has significant meaning behind it.

If you haven't already, I definitely recommend reading The Kite Runner!
