Emily Griffin: Something borrowed -too clean ending?

Post by anchor22 »

This book was a perfect summer read that kept me wanting to know what would happen next. It seemed like in every chapter there was a new plot twist, some were expected some not at all. In this book the emotions of the main character made you have sympathy for her in bad times and cheer her on in her triumphs. It felt almost like she was one of my close friends that was confiding in me, telling me her story, it was a friendly vibe. Although the storyline was interesting, while I was reading it I couldn't help but to think that in real life the ending of the book would not have ended as cleanly as it did.
