I learned a lot from this book. Mr Hsieh just not taught me how to start my own business, but also several things to become a better person in everything you do.

1. Always work with love and passion.
2. Treat everybody in your circle, whether they are your subordinates, supervisors, even juniors with respect.
3. There is no such thing as instant way to reach the top ladder of success.
4. When you finally become the Boss, CEO, or whatever, never hesitate to do some hands-on activities.
