The Dante Club-Review

Post by Booklover83 »

I had to force myself to finish this book. The plot was dry, as was the dialogue and the whole story in general. I was not really clear on how Dante's Inferno fit into this book and it was just poorly written in my humble opinion. In fact, I almost did not finish the book but I figured it may get better as it went along. Needless to say, this was not the case.

I am disappointed that it did not get better because by the way the title was described on the back of the book. I was not sure what to expect when I picked up the book and maybe I expected too much, I would be the first to admit it. Not sure if this was the case this time though. I may not pick up another book by this author but I am not entirely sure. I will say this was not a great read though and I was not impressed
