This is really a difficult question that needs meditation. But where would be the destination to bring those objects? I would always bring with me my bag with all the stuff I need inside.

Valuable jewelry, handed down since generations, and my diary.

A family picture and my favorite dress.
What is the most special thing i did today- I was MYSELF. Happy and in love and unapologetically myself.

Pen and paper for sketching and writing - maybe a collage of my people and animals

I'm sure this seems silly to most other adults, but I would bring a small stuffed animal. Something familiar like that would give a lot of comfort.

I would take a picture of my family and a good book.

Good question! I think these items would work for me too. Of course, it would need to be a book that I can easily re-read since I'd probably fly through it in no time!

I would bring a change of clothes, a bar of soap, a water canteen, a knife, a couple pictures of my family and friends, and a lanyard that used to be my best friend's. That covers the necessities and maybe enough memories to keep me sane.
