I would miss family and friends foremost. Secondly, I would miss how small the world seems now with internet and air travel. I would miss being able to walk into a grocery store and having so many options. I would miss eating at a restaurant. I would miss coffee. I would miss walking into a library or logging onto my computer and having a wealth of information available to me.

Many have already said this, but I would miss the people I love (including my dog), modern-day conveniences, definitely hot showers, and a place to call home. I love to travel, but one of my favorite feelings is go back home at the end of a vacation.
