My name's Jess, and it's been awhile since I've had to introduce myself on a forum, so I apologize in advance for any awkwardness
. I used to be a voracious reader, but post-secondary school and then life cheerfully got in the way. I'm getting back into the swing of things (I'm a freelance writer. Currently, I'm working at a website internship-style reviewing books). To tell you the truth, getting back into reading was a little anticlimactic. I will (and do) read pretty much any genre, but no one I know personally reads or enjoys books all that much, so to find this place was pretty great!
