HI,
I am new to this site. I look forward to reading and writing about books. I love to read! I have been in education all my life. I have been a teacher, principal, science educator, elementary media specialist, and academic librarian. As you can see, I have been surrounding by books all my life. I also enjoy traveling, surf fishing, and cooking.

I will read almost anything but my favorites are murder/mysteries. Some of my favorites include James Patterson (Alex Cross Series); Kendra Elliott; David Baldacci; Lee Child (Jack Reacher); CJ Box.

Welcome! I'm new, too. I've been a reader and writer my whole life - I've had several poems published in anthologies and am currently working on a couple novels. I've loved books from about every genre, but some of my favorites include "Fire" by Kristen Cashore, "A Company of Swans" by Eva Ibbotson, anything by Sarah Dessen, "Death Coming Up the Hill" by Chris Crowe, and "Back When You Were Easier to Love" by Emily Wing Smith (though I could go on and on with more titles).

I love giving and receiving constructive criticism on writing, so I'm excited to explore those options as well as reviewing books!
