From New Hampshire
I've just joined the service and I'm excited to discover new books and authors. I love historical fiction such as The Kent Family Chronicles and the North and South Trilogy by John Jakes, and anything by Philippa Gregory. I am currently working my way through a series called Accursed Kings by Maurice Druon.
I also enjoy reading anything by Steve Berry and James Rollins, and I am loving how their series are starting to overlap because of how similar their genres are.
My favorite series of all time has to be The Earth's Children series by Jean M. Auel.
I also enjoy reading anything that makes me think and can inspire change.

"In the case of good books, the point is not to see how many of them you can get through, but rather how many can get through to you." (Mortimer J. Adler)

I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for Thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety. ~ Psalms 4:8
