Newbie!
I'm new to this whole shindig but am excited to dive right in and read some great new books. I work in San Francisco in the tech-education space and absolutely love it. I read about 2-4 books a month and need good train books. Ideally those with quick chapters. Some of my favorite books are Ayn Rand's The Fountainhead and Michael Crichton's Prey.
I also swim, volunteer at the animal shelter, and with local gardening projects.
So that's me in nutshell.

"In the case of good books, the point is not to see how many of them you can get through, but rather how many can get through to you." (Mortimer J. Adler)
