Bookworm in the valley of the sun
I'm Jes, 28, from Arizona (Idaho in the spring)
Taking a break from school right now and in a way I'm glad; I get to catch up on my personal reading.
I haven't always loved reading. It became an escape in my early 20s.
I think that's why I can actually classify myself as a bookworm; instead of drinking until I forget, doing drugs to escape reality.. I chose books.
I would love to discover new authors and start reviewing as I feel in a world that can't stop talking about one book at a time (I'm looking at you, the fault in our stars) it's hard for me to find something new.
I like thrillers, mystery, psych, horror, dystopias, romantic comedy (not too mushy) and dark and deep stuff.

"In the case of good books, the point is not to see how many of them you can get through, but rather how many can get through to you." (Mortimer J. Adler)
