Oh and I am just about to try out The Book Thief as I have heard many good things about it. So I would recommend that through others words

Ok i love alot of series lol so sorry if I get carried away as most of mine lean towards fantasy fiction

The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare
Throne of Glass by Sarah J Maas
Dark Angel series by Hanna Peach

I have found all these to be very easy reading
