Being younger I liked reading with food and drinks very much. My "reading menu" depended on the book genre. I preferred reading a fiction book or a detective with a cup of tea and sweets. If the plot was exciting I picked a chocolate or maybe a piece of cake.
Now it depends not on the genre but rather on the book's type. Printed books I read with a cup of coffee whereas electronic without any drinks (electronic books I read usually outdoor).

Tea usually does the trick for me as it keeps me calm...how many cups i make is another story on its own. not much of a fan of coffee..

When I am reading I eat a lot of junk foods like cheezy and other chips. But sometimes, a cup of coffee is enough for me to be awake and to enjoy the book that I was reading.

Hmm... I would love a hot piping cup of lovely cocoa and perhaps a yummy raspberry cake. Yum!

I don't know why, but regular M&M's seem to be my go-to for when I'm reading a paperback book. I love to just pop a few in my mouth and let them melt while I'm reading. Sometimes I'll go for regular peanuts, and I love a good glass of wine when I get a chance to relax with a book in the tub.

I always have a cup of coffee when I sit in my rocking chair and read. Most of the times I read in bed before I fall asleep.

When I'm reading, the drink doesn't matter so much. As for food, I only eat little snacks or a sandwich. The reason is because it is less messy and so I can still use one hand to turn pages.

I like tea and crackers when I'm reading! Also, anything baked and delicious!

I have dirtied so many books that I've made it a rule not to eat while reading. I will drink something if it's in a container that I can cap.

It is not the matter of favourite food .It is the matter that what is available to you . If you have a variety of food available than you can choose your favorite one but if there is no choice than the food available to you ,you have to eat it .So while reading any food and drink that i have i eat it because mostly i have no choice.

I usually drink sweet tea. No real preference for what I eat.
