I made a tasty omelet for breakfast this morning. I'm hoping to have time to make a variety of other things today, but the snow might slow me down...

Wow! I love pot roast! :D I'll make one for my family this weekend. But today my Banana Crunch Bread and Peanut Choco Butter Bread is currently on the oven, baking. Who does not love the aroma of food in the oven right? :D

Today I made a veggie Burger with black beans ,sweet potatoes, brown rice and 1/2 cup of panko bread crumbs garlic cumin dash salt pepper. You also put 2 tablespoons of canola oil on the side for frying. You just put all ingredients in a blender and make patty's and put the oil in fry pan on med heat and fry till med brown they are great on a 100% wholewheat bun with avocado. And my favorite cookbook would be Jamie Oliver Farm to table cooking:)

I found a new recipe for chicken nuggets that don't totally suck! My toddler is so picky when it comes to food, so I'm glad I found a recipe for nuggets that aren't full of processed junk!

Chicken gnocchi soup! I found a recipe online that is just like Olive Garden's, and it turned out pretty well if I may say so myself!

I made some chicken strips and fries.

Sorry, I'm not a very good cook like most people. :cooking:
