A very intense story! The writing could use a bit of a brush up, but the content is compelling.

That was good. Well paced. Someone said it best when they said it looked like a lot of work was put into it.

Well written. Why did everybody have to die though? That's some Stephen King type stuff.

I was wondering when the new contest will come out.
The joys of literature transcend the evils of the world. I believe in its miraculious baptism and emotional power of the words trickling down the page. To me, there is no higher artform...

A well condensed plot. Unfortunate, but then again, power should never be placed in the hands of a child.

A decent short story. You can feel the effort put into this story is genuine. Aside from a few grammatical issues, if it were properly revised it has a lot of potential. There was a feeling of suspense throughout the story that made me curious to see how it ended. Once I read the ending, I realized I was not entirely expecting the outcome. It was morbid which makes it appealing most especially to the readers who enjoy the Horror/Thriller genre.

I liked this story. That would be neat if Betsy could be that shadow on the wall.

I agree about it needing to be proofread for a few grammatical errors, and I wasn't entirely sure what to make of it at first, but I do think it is an interesting story and I found the ending quite compelling!

I really liked this story. There wasn't a boring part in it. I can see why it won. I loved the plot and the ending surprised me. I wasn't expecting it. But this story needs to be edited for typos, grammar and punctuation.

Overall, the plot and storyline doesn't need any work IHO. Nice work.

Awesome! It reminded me of the Poe Award short stories I have read in the past. I am glad I didn't read it late at night!
