Please read The Crimson Petal and the White by Michael Faber. I love it so much I read it about 10 times. I also traked down the audio version, unabridged, of the novel through Amazon. It came from a public library and is about 32 cassettes long! But it was so worth it! I just found the sequel to the story, Apple, and am eagerly awaiting its delivery. As you can tell, it's a fairly long book. It's about a 19 year old prostitute living in London in the 1870s. Excellent.

Still reading Madame Bovary (I've been in kind of loud places lately and don't want to read it unless I have quiet) and just finished Dead Until Dark by Charlaine Harris (it was just ok...I hope the rest of the series is better).

Just started The Gunslinger by Stephen King. Pretty good so far!

I'm currently reading "Sleeping Woman" by Haruki Murakami. It's actually a 24 stories collection and it's simply amazing. I read another book of his some time ago called "Dance, Dance, Dance" and I was fascinated. I plan to find as many books as I can by him and read them all. It's addictive :)

I'm reading The Time Traveler's Wife by Audrey Niffenegger for my A Level English literature course. I'm halfway through and I can't put it down. I really recommend it to anyone who hasn't read it. Also the movie will be out in cinemas soon so keep your eyes open.

Next I think I'll read To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee. I've heard it's really good but I'll let you know what I think.

I have recently finished reading, Creepers by David Morrell. I found it fast moving and interesting. There is another book by him called, Scavenger which has the same character in it, got the book but have gone on to read, The Looking Glass Wars by Frank Beddor. It's an older book but I've had it and finally decided to read it as I heard there will be a movie about it, it is a trilogy with, Seeing Redd as the 2nd book. Very interesting how the characters of Alice In Wonderland is used and has been stepped up to a more detailed and fun novel to read.
