Currently I'm reading "neither here nor there - Travels in Europe" by Bill Bryson. It's rather funny and simple to read for me as I am still learnig English. He writes that when he went in Europe for the first time in 1972, he had never seen zebra-crossing before, a unsliced loaf of bread, a tram, never seen people go to a different shop for each item of dinner etc. Isn't
it odd and curious?

I am currently reading Snatched by Pamela Burford. It was a free ebook but so far it's okay. The last couple free ebooks I read weren't that great.

I am just about to start Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe - looking forward to it.

I am reading a book that has three short stories by Truman Copote "A Christmas Memory," "One Christmas," and "The Thanksgiving Visitor." I chose to start at the back and began reading "The Thanksgiving Visitor" yesterday in honor or the given Holiday. I have not finished this story yet, too much Holiday chatter and bustle. Not that I am complaining, I am so thankful for having a family and a place to chat and bustle about with. So far it is a delightful read. I am enjoying the characters and looking forward to seeing how it plays out. It’s old fashion but in the best way. I am also really looking forward to delving into the Christmas stories next!

I am currently reading "Pretty Girls" by Karin Slaughter. The book itself is interesting, but nowhere near one of the better books I've read. It's enough to keep my interest and attention, but so many things about the book are frustrating.

How could a wife be so completely clueless both about her husband and about running a household? Why would two sisters that have been estranged for 18 years suddenly reunite and become partners in crime, knowing one or both of them could get seriously injured or killed?

Well, since I'm 82% through it, I intend to finish it and see how the book resolves itself.

Such a shame, because a few years ago I loved and DEVOURED 'Karin Slaughter' books.

I'm currently reading A Midsummer Night's Dream by William Shakespeare. I still can't believe I'm reading a Shakespeare willingly! XD

I'm currently reading The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold, but I unfortunately forgot it in my room before going home for Thanksgiving :( . The layers to the story are wonderful, and I had been meaning to read it for years.
