I don't move my mouth while I read. The action usually keeps me unengaged with the book.

I do not read aloud or move my mouth unless something is distracting me. If noise in the room or other distractions are happening, I do find myself reading aloud or moving my mouth. This stops as soon as I am refocused.

I don't move my mouth when I read, but I feel like I'm listening to the book in my head as I read it, kind of like an audiobook. Hey, whatever works to make reading easier and better for you.

I don't move my mouth at all when I read. My lips couldn't keep up with the process in my head. But I do feel it is a VERY valid and beneficial technique for many readers. I teach, and my students who struggle with comprehension or just retention of details have come to use reading aloud as a very helpful tool. I actually recommend it a lot to my young readers.

I don't move my mouth while reading for fun. The only time I might move my mouth when I read is when I am at work and am doing a little whisper to try to talk myself into figuring something out.

I do, but only for proofreading purposes. When reading a book, my mouth stays shut. I feel that moving my mouth could slow me down just a bit, nothing major but something to note.

Yes!

I have done this for years. I believe I have done it ever since I learned to read. Moving my mouth when I read allows me to maintain better focus as well as developing an easier grasp on the words/content. Unfortunately, this has made reading in public difficult. I never annoyed anyone nor got embarrassed by anyone noticing. I just cannot read in public due to the way I move my mouth to read.

Sometimes, only when I come across a line or something that really resonates with me. I'll often read the line or part twice, and sometimes I'll even recite it aloud if it it something that I really feel connected to, or impressed by.

It depends. Usually, when I am alone and enjoying the read, I do not. But, if it's a bit noisy or a more challenging read, then sometimes I end up mouthing the words while I read. It helps me focus more.
