Unless the book is under 100 pages, I usually can't read it in one sitting. Things keep coming up!

I recently read The Five People You Meet In Heaven by Mitch Albom in one sitting. The book only has about 208 pages.

Shorter books are of course easier to do this with, but you really know that a book has you if it is a longer one and you still read it in one sitting. That is still always amazing to me when it happens. :)

I did this a few weekends ago with a 100 page book but that is on the shorter side of course.
It's been awhile since I've read a really long book straight through in one sitting.

"The Funeral Planner" by Lynn Isenberg. I think the titles is misleading but it is all about doing what you want and naver giving up in the face of adversity. A great read and it is a pretty easy read as well.

I agree. However, anything longer than that for me in one sitting is impossible. I get bored and distracted after a couple hours of reading. I need to take breaks in between then come back renewed and ready to go at it again.

Just Sunday night, a book I read for review for this forum! It was a novella though, so short enough that it was easy to do so. 8)

The other night I finished a book in one sitting, but it was a very short book (around 80 pages).

Oh gee, I don't think I remember. It's been a while since I've been very busy. I think though, it was Le Petit Prince (The Little Prince) by Exupery since it wasn't that long :D

I am this type of reader that I HAVE to read the book without stopping from cover to cover.I always have to read straight through it.Every book. This is my rule.In fact, usually I can’t stop.My last book I read was Tuesday night(until like 12:30) called Her Hearts’s Desire by Ruthh Ann Nordin.

The Last time I read a book thru in one sitting was the Deathly Hollows by J.K. Rowling. Got the book at Midnight and stayed until 5am reading it until I finished it (granted that was in 2007). Haven't read anything straight thru since then.
