I recently reread Jane Eyre. The first time I read it was in high school which has been quite a while. I think I enjoyed it even more the second time around.

I just started reading East of Eden again. I stopped halfway to cheat on another book (The Namesake).
I consider my time absent as an intermission considering the fact that it is 601 pages long.

I got on a classic rant a little while back and read Something Wicked This Way Comes, The Murders in the Rue Morgue, and Rosemary's Baby.

I primarily read classics. As of late I've read Alice in Wonderland, Through The Looking Glass And What Alice Found There, At The Mountains of Madness, The Catcher In The Rye, and I'm now reading Slaughterhouse 5.

I make a habit of reading The Great Gatsby often, as he is one of my favorite authors. His dance between the clever and the profound is something that I always hope to adapt to my own writing.

I have so many classics on my to-read list but they never seem to make the cut at the library or bookstore. I took a literary classics class my first year of college and aside from my typical hatred of English classes I have I did enjoy reading a lot of the classics that semester!

It's been a while since I've read a classic. I've been reading lots of brand new books by first-time authors and small publishing companies. I've also been reading a lot of YA. I guess the most recent classic I read was Annie on My Mind about a month ago. I also read The Outsiders for the first time this summer. They were both great!

No, but I'm going to read my new Sherlock homes book. (Same old stories, but with a different spin on them.) It has the most common Sherlock homes stories in it.
