Nudnik...that's a fun one. How about pecksniffian - "affecting benevolence or high moral principles" (also just a silly-sounding word!)

'Nudnick' is a fantastic one! And I've never heard of 'pecksniffian', that sounds like an utterly brilliant one. Definitely want to try and use that somewhere at some point.

I like 'resplendent' - "attractive and impressive through being richly colourful or sumptuous."

Davenport is a great word. a davenport is another name for couch or large chair. I think it is still used in the mid-west. My grandmother uses it a lot and I always used to laugh when she did. She would say "why don't you go sit on the davenport".
