My favourite is L.A. Confidential written by James Ellroy. It's a very good police story with a intriguing plot, but it's also a masterpiece of politic and social analyze.

My favorite book is the fragrance because:
1 - This is a great novel we reviving the 18th century
2 - The story out of the ordinary
3 - Frog is a mysterious character, it could even be compared to a kind of vampire ...
4 - The reason becomes deadly frog is very creative ...
5 - The descriptions are incredible.

Patrick Süskind's definitely a genius!

My favourite book is "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho. I like the simplicity and ease of read but there is still depth and substance in the contents.

It is soo hard to pick a single book to call my favorite. I do have a favorite series, the Anita Blake series by Laurell K Hamilton is amazing and has a little bit of everything to keep the story interesting. When a different mood strikes I prefer Crooked Little Vein by Warren Ellis. Anything that can successfully pull me in to the books reality.

I have many favorites, some I have already posted on here. Another one that comes to mind is one called The Hoods by someone named Grey, I dont recall his first name. Its the book the movie Once Upon A Time in America was based on.
"I planted some birdseed. A bird came up. Now I dont know what to feed it." Ramblings of a retired senile mind.
