Re: Bookaholc's quirks
When I start a new book its like an extra appendage
I'll use anything for a bookmark, a dried leaf, a Kleenex, a bookmark made by one of my kids...
My preferred position / location to read is on my stomach and on my sofa
I Google the words I don't know for the definition
If I'm reading Beatrix Potter books to my little ones I always use a British accent
When I was 8 I once walked past my own house after school because I was so into my book
I love to read in the bath - almost nothing better than that!
I NEVER peek at the end page
I read fiction books all at once, non fiction I read a bit at a time
I seriously hesitate to read a book if it has a movie poster for the cover

I walk and read while on my breaks at work. (It's a great way to get in 30 min of exercise without even realizing it!)
I cannot read more than one book at a time.
When I finish a book, I always look at the first and last word of the book and see how they fit together (if at all).

*I buy more than one books at a time and read several chapters and then rotate to another book, until I'm done with all of them.
*I sometimes judge a book by it's cover
*I read book reviews before buying some books.
*I like going on Amazon and read the preview of some books so I can make sure I like the book.
*I use a sticky note as a book mark
*Reading is my own personal television.
*Because of reading, I barely watch TV
*I try to read books out of my comfort zone (non-fiction)
*All my friends think I'm crazy because I spend more time reading than hanging out.
I really love reading lol.

Lately, I have been reading two books at the same time.
When I read traditional books, I use a book mark that I crocheted.
I have been trying to branch out from my normal reads to read genres I normally wouldn't (non-fiction)
I like to read while I am cooking and eating. (If I could read while chopping ingredients without fear of losing fingers I would)
Reading is my own personal TV
Once I have finished any books I am reading, I feel lost and don't know what to do with myself until I start reading another book or two.
